Alteo is looking for a Junior Business Analyst (ERP) for a permanent job based in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process analysis and identify new requirements for an ERP system.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure alignment of business needs with system functionality and identify gaps that may require customization or process changes.
• Provide daily support to sales teams in planning, supply chain, warehousing, customer service, and other back-office functions.
• Participate in module configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and resolve functionality issues and support system enhancements.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Provide training to end users on features, best practices, and process improvements.
• Act as a resource person, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze data, such as inventory levels, procurement cycles, and production schedules, to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to support decision-making and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (e.g., supply chain, production, finance, and IT) to ensure successful use of the ERP system and its alignment with broader business objectives.
• Participate in change management efforts and provide information on system improvements or new features.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advances related to ERP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Supply Chain Management or equivalent 
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally with ERP exposure.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (asset).
• Knowledge of supply chain management (asset).
• Knowledge of WMS (asset).
• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) (asset).
