Alteo is seeking an ERP Business Analyst for a permanent position based in Montreal.
*** Hybrid work: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote ***
You will play a key role in a well-established and rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between stakeholders to understand, analyze, communicate, and validate business rules, and help resolve application-related issues. You will actively participate in all activities related to the implementation and improvement of the company’s integrated management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define, gather, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze, model, and document current and target processes, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document business processes, business rules, use cases, operational scenarios, and functional requirements.
- Actively participate in system implementation projects such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, workflow platforms, and other business applications.
- Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements for IT teams, vendors, integrators, and development teams.
- Contribute to the functional configuration of solutions, parameter validation, design workshops, and solution decisions.
- Participate in the planning of management information systems, including dependencies, interfaces, data, user roles, and operational constraints.
- Participate in quality control activities, defect tracking, prioritizing fixes, and confirming resolutions.
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
- 4-7 years of experience in business analysis
- Good knowledge of enterprise information systems concepts and systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and integrated business software.
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more implementation phases: scoping, requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, or post-implementation stabilization.
- Proficiency in organizational process analysis methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
